The best way to lubricate any lock is to disassemble it and use an aerosol lubricant to flush away grime and coat the moving parts of the lock.

Fill the joint with wood putty and sand again before painting.
Then remove the door stop at the top of the frame which should be as simple as unscrewing it.
For a door sticking at the top start at the mark and plane upward.
With the door closed use a nail to insert under the hinge pins and tap up on the bottom of the pins until they are raised about half way.
Plane or power sand the piece on both sides so it is flush with the door.
Attach the extension piece by drilling pilot holes and driving finishing nails or screws.
If it s not corrected damage can be done to the door frame the door the hinges and even to the floor if the door drags.

This will retract the rollers and make the door flush with the track.

Apply wood glue to the top of the door.
Using a small oil can and holding a rag under the hinge to catch any spilled oil squirt a few drops of oil on the raised hinge pin.
Open and close the door a few times to work the oil into the pin and hinge.

The wheels under the door move up and down and with a couple of clicks of a screwdriver or an allen wrench you could move those wheels.
