This modern home design has two bedrooms two toilet and baths and a wide roof deck on the second floor. Some would allow at least 1 5 meters minimum setback so 11 5 meter width would also be good for this house model. The exterior of this modern home design is contemporary and sleek. The ground floor has a total floor area of 107 square meters and 30 square meters at the second floor not including the roof deck area. Though my house does not have a roof deck because that time when i was building it i was not ready for it financially so i did not include it in the design though i am dying to have one in my house. Maybe soon when i am financially ready for it. The total floor area for this 2 storey house is 130 square meters.
